AHHH! They have taken with a virus, now what do you do? The first question is, you have an anti-virus program? If you do not jump down to the bottom # 1. If you have an antivirus program below to jump to # 2.

1. I do not have an antivirus program, and I will not walk into the store and paid for.

You're my kind of people, why buy something that is free of charge? There are three very good FREE anti-virus programs out there, they are AVG, Avira andAvast and they can be downloaded from the company's website. Just do a Google search for "avg free" or "free Avira," and you should, or click on my link below to find and download it is on my side. You can either download and install these programs at no cost. If you just install it scan your computer, delete the viruses it finds, reboot and scan again. I always recommend two or three scans just to safely clean all viruses. If you have never installed orUpdating anti-virus program and you have doubts about your ability, there is such videos available on Internet. You can find the videos on YouTube or from the link provided below.

2. I have an anti-virus program, now what? If updating your anti-virus program?

New viruses come out all the time, and you must ensure that your anti-virus has the latest files to find it, what you're infected with. When you check to access the menu bar of your anti-virus program that youshould be capable of an option to find them to update it. Once you update the software, run a scan or two and see if it removed the virus. If your anti-virus program for free with your computer or a friend you have a CD he gave it to install, you can download a trial version that worked well only for 90 days to overcome. If this is the case, the program will not be updated and was probably not updated in a long time. I would recommend you remove this program and then option # 1 above, and install afree version.
