Cons And Pros Of Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 Latest Version?
The only cons I know of are of course since it is new it has some issues for some people, the virus scan detail page doesn’t scroll as it scans (known issue, this will be fixed), and some people get panicked by the new vulnerability detection*.
The pros would be: new HIPS system**, better application control(with customizable levels of access, and it scans applications to determine threat level, then places them in a zone), extensive white-listing of trusted applications so that Kaspersky automatically lets them run without prompts, and of course improved scanner.

It’s a little overbearing but is pretty much the best antivirus you can buy.
It’s more efficient than nod32, symantec, etc. but to be honest I use nod32 because it is less annoying and doesn’t slow startup so much.
its a halfway decent program. Tends to be a bit bloated and can get in the way. I prefer NOD32 or Sophos.
