Usually you have to fill out a form, and wait until the software company send you a password to enter the beta area, for the ability to download the beta program for testing. I would suggest that you open the URL of Kaspersky Russia and see if there is a contact for beta testing. If not, see if there is a contact for the software company and send an email to Eugene Karpersky asking to be a beta tester. Sorry don't know what else to tell you.
