How Do I Quarantine/disinfect Files With Kaspersky Anti-virus?

I can’t delete the files. I did a Full Scan for my laptop, and there are 9 files that are showing up as “Very Dangerous” vulnerability. What can I do about this?

The key word is “vulnerability”. It means that there is a chance of getting the file infected. This normally appears on software dll and exe, and a lot of times with Microsoft Office.
I believe there are security updates from the software manufacturers to counter your situation. You would need a licensed software to get security updates.
Hope this helps.
If you can’t delete then you can’t disinfect as well as it looks like a read-only virus. You can delete it, with Combofix, a free utility for removing hardened malware.http://www.combofix.org/
