How Do I Use Kaspersky Anti Virus?

i have a couple of quarentined items, 1 infected, and some suspicious item, but i dont know how to delete them, when i right click on them im not able to select the disinfect button, and it says i have no active threats

It has already been dealt with and put in quarantine by Kaspersky.
What your seeing is a copy of it put there for info purpose’s and if
you delete it then your only deleting the copy in the list.
What your seeing as you say is under DETECTED but the important
one to look under is ACTIVE where you see nothing….So you are Good to Go.
Kaspersky will remove quarantined files after about 30 days.
If you click the help button on the bottom left of the scan
page and scroll down to this…Reaction to
threat:Virus scan and click display….this below can be seen
along with other information.
If you are working in the automatic mode, the application will automatically apply the action recommended by Kaspersky Lab’s experts when a dangerous object is detected. For malware objects
this action is Disinfect. Delete if disinfection is not possible.
Automatic mode is if you d/loaded it and chose the
recommended option which nearly everyone does as
the other option requires extensive knowledge of computers.
