I Am New To Kaspersky Anti- Virus 2010, For My New Computer And I Was Wondering How To Delete The Threats.?

Okay I do not know how, but I was playing this game and then it says something was detected then it was denied. However once I scanned Kaspersky, I says one threat detected in the virus column, is there any way for me to get rid of it? Because if not, I would be in heaps of trouble!

you can open it up so its show the interface then on the upper right hand side click on report then detected threats it will show all it caught and what it was and what action was taken. i also have it its very good but for any future info needed on the lower left hand there is a help menu that gives info also.
