I have a slow dial-up connection I cannot reinstall an update it again system information parser is not solving problem it ask me to go to this link http://gsi.kaspersky.fr/read.php?file=e6… which my browser doesn’t show

If you made GSI report why are you showing it on Answers instead of Kaspersky Forum where they have experts who can look at it? If that’s your GSI report one of your files is infected do you know that? this can be part of your problem.
