I Have Kaspersky And I Want To Install It But My Computer Keeps Restarting Saying That It Can’t Be Done.?

Every Time I want to install a later version of my software, my computer screen turns blue and it says that if i encounter this again that i have to do some steps. I’ve done those steps but it keeps happening. Please help me.

Well sorry to say it but its time for a new software.. I know Kaspersky has probably been good to you but, it probably received a virus in its programming or something.. and it messed with system files or the system tried to debug it but failed massively. It’s happened to me. the best thing you can do is kick kaspersky to the curb.

Avira
or Comodo firewall are all good programs.. if those are not in your interest.

your system is virus infected, thats why its not letting you do so. go for a boot scan using any emergency disk of nay antivirus, or else start ur pc and request a boot scan using your existing anti virus.
