do u think kaspersky was a good choice for an antivirus? should i change it?
is it still effective eventhough there is a newer version out already?
does kaspersky antivirus v6 protect the PC from other malicious programs like adware, spyware and the like or it only protects the computer from viruses? cos i downloaded spyware doctor, should i just unintstall spyware doc.?

so trie going to avg it works and i also had spyware dock it doesnt afect your speed but jam up some stuf my avg program searched for viruses and it located spywarblabla
so it put it in virus vault and then i removed it AND AVG IS FREE

I would upgrade to Kaspersky 7 and ditch the spyware doctor, as version 7 protects from spyware. Kaspersky is kinda heavy antivirus, it runs slow on my computer but on another family members computer it runs great. If it still runs slow after upgrading to version 7 I would try Antivir by Avira, it is free and detection rates as good as Kaspersky but runs much lighter.
