I just bought Kaspersky Internet Security and I’m having so many problems with it. Everytime I install it, I lose my internet connection. Therefore I have to un-install it to get my internet back. I’ve tried to talk to the Kaspersky people on their website, but they talk to me like I work for them and expect me to understand. Thanks for your help!!

How do you delete the things it finds? does it automatically delete everything? if there’s a serious problem isn’t the button thing at the top red and says there’s a problem and you neutralize or delete what it tells you? I used to have spysweeper and it would let you click all the things you wanted and click delete. can anyone help with this?

How do I remove it? Kaspersky keeps detecting it every time but I cant Disinfect, or terminate the program. Help.. Please..
Note: Please don’t show me other Programs like Superanti-spyware, or malwarebytes,AVG.. I want to just remove it with Kaspersky if its possible.
