I installed KAV ver 6 on my computer for trial. and then uninstalled after some time. Now, when I want to install ver 7 it can’t complete the installation process and gives a rolling back and finally an error prematurely during installation and installation process terminated.
when trying to install again it gives a message that “you must restart your computer” and after restart the same process occurs.
Please How to solve this problem ?????

I tried to install kaspersky antivirus8. The installation did not proceed sayin that i hav AVG.I have uninstalled it completely. Plz help.

I have original copy but after download it, the installation steps not complete ,especially when i need to put the key i dint see the wizard for that?! also i cant open www.kaspersky.com web site to ask or update my copy or request the support? thanks a lot

A couple days ago I bought Kaspersky Internet Security because my laptop was infected badly. When I tried installing it I got an error 0X0000008E during the installation. It says there to check for if space is available but when i checked I had a more than enough space. This is getting really frustrating because my laptop is very expensive and I can’t afford another one. Is the virus doing this or am I doing something wrong?
