Which is better at protecting my computer, but which is lighter on my system? which is better at detecting AND removing threats? please only talk about Norton And Kaspersky. Nobody else.

i used avast 4.8 professional and quick hill anti virus but i can not decide which is the best anti virus. and someone tell me that Norton is best and some tell me kaspersky is best. so plz tell me which anti virus is best.i afford if system is slow. but i need best.
replay as much as possible.

remember!! norton ghost 12 is a backup utility not a antivirus etc. ghost 12 backs up my pc and i have come to rely on it to go back. windows live one care would not work with it as that refuse it to install and wondered if i will get the same crap from kaspersky or will they work together?
