How do I do this..I need to run kaspersky cause I am having computer problems

i did a full system scan and its not telling me anythings wrong? i just downloaded bearshare lite and it told me to update it to 6.02, so i did. how would i know if i have malware spyware adware or viruses?
i use kaspersky internet security 7

depends how many files you got there and what you consider ’slow’. kaspersky is pretty fast anti virus as well as nod32, these two are the fastest you can get.

detected; does this mean threats were detected but that is all, the trial version doesn’t remove them?

over the software’s icon, the Icon just disappear and will not appear again. Does this mean that I am under attack or that the anitvirus is compromised?
