The only cons I know of are of course since it is new it has some issues for some people, the virus scan detail page doesn’t scroll as it scans (known issue, this will be fixed), and some people get panicked by the new vulnerability detection*.
The pros would be: new HIPS system**, better application control(with customizable levels of access, and it scans applications to determine threat level, then places them in a zone), extensive white-listing of trusted applications so that Kaspersky automatically lets them run without prompts, and of course improved scanner.

I had the beta download and it worked fine on there, but now with the full access home version of windows 7, my kaspersky virus protection is having problems. Any ideas?
Can I install Kaspersky “Internet security” now? (In its trial version)?
Or they won’t allow?
