when kaspersky says that it blocked a virus does that mean that it removed it? b/c everytime i scan the computer it still says 3 viruses found and blocked

I surf always in the internet….
and i want to check up some files and pen drives too..
which is good for me..
also state the difference between these two..

idk why, says its protected and i get pop ups a lot. and i get cirus catcher thing on the sade, how do i delete all teh virsus when kaspersky catches em

Newbie to Kaspersky.. So i got no idea after my first scan
The program ask me to whether disinfect, quarantine, or delete on viruses and trojans.
What’s the difference of those 3 methods? and which one should i use?
