when kaspersky says that it blocked a virus does that mean that it removed it? b/c everytime i scan the computer it still says 3 viruses found and blocked

Newbie to Kaspersky.. So i got no idea after my first scan
The program ask me to whether disinfect, quarantine, or delete on viruses and trojans.
What’s the difference of those 3 methods? and which one should i use?

I have a samsung net-book and my printer used to work with it but ever since i have got kaspersky (2009 for ultra portables) i cant seem to use my printer unless i turn kaspersky off which is a bit of a hassle plz help.:(

When you installed it you probably checked the “Just for this user” option instead of “anyone who uses this computer”.

i just downloaded kaspersky internet security 7.0 and when i double click on it it doesnt open. I double click on it and it seems to load for like a second and then nothing happens. Can someone please help me…thank you
